Why "A Thought Observed"?

Why is the name of my blog A Thought Observed? Well I wanted to chose a name that captured my favorite and most interesting hobby: thinking with a purpose. Life is more than living. Life has a purpose. And to figure out that purpose we have to think. Yeah I know that it is not that novel of an idea but often we forget to think which can cause us to fail. I also was inspired by C.S. Lewis' book A Grief Observed. It is a book about his tragic journey through the despairing desert and torrential rain of grief. It reminded me to think through deeper things, and writing it down was an excellent way to do just that. So I decided that A Thought Observed would be a splendid name for a blog where I express my thoughts and you observe them. Enjoy watching my thoughts expressed. (That was almost the name of the blog A Thought Expressed but it was taken and I like this name a lot better anyway)
